The NHARC Meetings

The Business Meeting is the second Wednesday of each month January through November. Currently, these meetings are virtual using Zoom.


The General or Activities Meeting is held on the fourth Wednesday of each month except November and December.
The location of our meetings:

There are three driveways that connect the campus to Babcock Blvd. If the college is on your left, the first driveway you see is one-way, but the wrong way. I suggest driving past the next driveway with a traffic light and turn left into the last driveway. If you are coming the other way (college on the right), take the first driveway. Take the driveway to the first right turn. Drive past the Library Building and park in the next parking lot.

When you enter the parking lot, you will notice the Zappala Building on your right. This is also where you will enter the building. After entering the building, walk until the end of the hallway. Turn to your left and enter the HAC building. After a few steps, turn right and walk to the end of the hallway. Next, turn left and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Exit the elevator to the left and look for room 306.

Club meetings start at 7:00 PM. For more information regarding the new meeting location, please check out La Roche's website. The URL for the college is www.laroche.edu

NHARC Membership

If you're not already a member of the North Hills Amateur Radio Club, please consider joining us as we provide fellowship, opportunities to learn and grow, activities throughout the year, and a series of repeaters throughout Greater Pittsburgh.

The annual membership of $25 can be mailed in or brought to a Club Meeting.

VE Tests

Testing sessions are normally held on the second Saturday of the month. This year, there will not be a session in May or December. Also the June session will be moved to June 1. For more information, click on this link: VE Tests

Club Breakfest

Club members hold an informal breaskfast gathering on the second Saturday of the month at 8:30 AM sharp. Breakfast is held at the Bob Evans on McKnight Road by Ross Park Mall.
